We collect the following personal data:

  • First and last name (from the contact form and checkout)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Country of residence
  • Company name (optional, if provided)
  • Navigation data (IP addresses, pages visited, session duration) via analytics cookies where consented

We do not collect payment data. Payments are processed directly by Stripe Inc., which has its own privacy policy.

3. Data retention

Customer data relating to orders is kept for 10 years as required by Italian tax law. Contact form data that does not result in an order is deleted after 12 months. Analytics data is retained for 26 months.
