Effective 1 January 2025.
If you are a private consumer (not a business), you have the right to withdraw from the order within 14 days of confirmation without giving reasons, under D.Lgs. 206/2005. To exercise this right, email us at studio@dreamspace-designs.com.
If work has started at your explicit request before the 14-day period ends, the refund will be proportional to the portion of work not yet completed. We will provide a detailed calculation before processing any partial refund.
Business clients do not have the consumer right of withdrawal. However, if the service has not been started within 7 days of confirmation, we can agree a full refund at our discretion.
Email studio@dreamspace-designs.com with your order number and the reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the same original payment method.
