Timelines begin from the date of brief approval, not the payment date. Within 1 business day of payment you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for completing the project brief.
Final files are delivered via shared Figma link and/or email with exported attachments. The export format (PNG, SVG, PDF, MP4, etc.) is agreed during the briefing phase.
