All design work is done in Figma. We deliver fully organised Figma files with named layers, auto-layout components, and styles defined as Figma variables. If your team uses a different tool, we can discuss export options.
We design, not develop. We deliver production-ready design files with developer handoff notes. If you need a developer, we can refer you to trusted partners we have worked with, but development is not part of our direct service.
We present designs at specific milestones and collect your feedback in one structured round. You give us a consolidated list of changes, we implement them, and that is one revision round. This keeps the project moving without infinite back-and-forth. The number of rounds depends on your plan.
Full ownership of final design files transfers to you after complete payment. Work-in-progress files shared for review remain our intellectual property until the project is settled. This is standard practice for design studios.
A written brief with your business description, target audience, key competitors, references you like (and references you actively dislike), and any brand assets you already have. We have a shared template we send after booking. A brief call follows to clarify any open questions.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. We never see or store your card details. A receipt is issued by Stripe immediately after payment and we send a project confirmation email within 1 business day.
Use the Design Consultation service to discuss what you need first. It is the most efficient way to scope a project that does not fit a standard package. After the consultation, we quote the project directly.
The fastest service is Landing Page Design, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days from brief approval to final delivery. Full website design projects start at 10 business days. Brand identity projects start at 7 business days. Priority Delivery add-on reduces all timelines by approximately 50%.
