Sometimes you need an experienced designer to look at what you have built, give you an honest assessment, and tell you what is worth fixing and what is not. Sometimes you need help deciding how to approach a complex interface problem before committing to a design direction. Sometimes you just need someone to review an in-progress Figma file and catch what your internal team is too close to see.
Design consultation sessions are focused 60 or 90-minute video calls with a written summary document afterwards. The summary documents what was discussed, the key recommendations, and any follow-up actions. It is designed to be actionable, not just a meeting transcript.
Common consultation topics: brand or visual identity review, landing page critique and conversion recommendations, UI/UX product review, design system architecture advice, pre-launch design audit, vendor or freelancer selection guidance.
Design consultation is for asking specific, answerable questions about design decisions. It is not the right format for workshops, team training, general business advice, or project management. For recurring creative direction, we offer ongoing retainer arrangements -- contact us to discuss.
Consultations are scheduled within 3 to 5 business days of payment. The written summary is delivered within 24 hours of the session. Sessions are conducted via Google Meet or Zoom.
