Effective 1 January 2025.
These terms govern the purchase of digital design services from Dreamspace Designs (VAT IT05489160872), Via Bezzecca 30, 95123 Catania CT, Italy.
We provide digital design services including but not limited to brand identity, website design, UI/UX systems, landing pages, and motion design. All services are delivered digitally via Figma files or agreed exported formats. We do not provide web development services.
Payment is made in advance via Stripe Checkout before project commencement. Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable under Italian and EU law. We do not work on partial deposit or deferred billing for new clients.
Under D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), private consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of order confirmation without giving reasons, unless the service was started at their express request before the deadline. In that case, the right of withdrawal lapses proportionally to the work performed.
Full ownership and copyright of final design files transfers to the client after complete payment. Working files, exploratory concepts, and internal reference material remain the property of Dreamspace Designs. The client may not resell or redistribute final files as their own templates or products.
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Catania has jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumers' right to bring proceedings before the court of their place of domicile.
